The introductory call is a simple way to see whether Hazel & Helm may be able to help.

- depends on someone remembering to follow up or take the next step
- creates bottlenecks between people or departments
- worked when the company was smaller but is getting harder to manage as you grow

We’ll talk about what is happening now, where the friction seems to be, and whether it makes sense to explore it further.
Sometimes AI is part of the answer. Sometimes a straightforward automation, better system setup, or simpler process makes more sense.
The goal is not to find somewhere to put AI. It’s to make the work work better.

What happens on the call?
We’ll spend about 15 minutes talking through your business, the process or operational problem you are trying to improve, and what you have already tried.
If it looks like something Hazel & Helm can help with, I’ll explain what I would recommend as a next step. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
There is no obligation and no need to prepare anything in advance.
You’ll leave knowing whether the problem is worth exploring further.
